Powered by mature Weichai WP6G190 Tier 3 inline-six diesel unit rated at 140kW rated power, the LTS723H features abundant power reserve, enabling stable continuous operation under harsh high-altitude working conditions up to 4,000 meters above sea level without power attenuation. The high-pressure common rail fuel injection technology of Weichai Stage III engine effectively balances strong output and low fuel consumption, cutting clients’ daily operation cost in long-period engineering construction. Adopting integrated water-oil cooling system, the whole powertrain realizes outstanding heat dissipation performance to avoid overheating under heavy-load nonstop compaction tasks in high-temperature and dusty construction sites.
As a classic full-hydraulic single-drive compaction machine with 23,000kg operating weight, LTS723H is configured with imported brand hydraulic pump and motor from Europe, adopting dual-frequency & dual-amplitude vibration design: vibration frequency 28Hz/35Hz, adjustable amplitude 1.9mm/0.95mm, maximum exciting force reaches 410kN/300kN, paired with 2130mm width compaction drum to realize deep, uniform ground compaction for gravel, sandy soil and pavement base materials. Designed with articulated steering, two-gear stepless variable speed and power-off safety brake system, the roller features flexible manipulation, minimum turning radius of 7500mm and maximum climbing capacity up to 35%, easily adapting to narrow construction zones and rugged slope working environments.
Ergonomic sealed cab with dustproof, sun-proof and optional air conditioning greatly upgrades driver’s operating comfort during all-day shift work. Clients can optionally install detachable sheepfoot drum and intelligent compaction monitoring device to expand machine application on clay and special foundation compaction projects.
